Paring chisels are used primarily for carefully shaving off thin amounts of wood when fitting joints

  • Paring chisel blade is made from highly alloyed Cr-Mn steel and heat treated up to 59 HRc 
  • Ergonomic handle is made of hornbeam wood and is equipped with brass ferrule 
  • The long length gives maximum control
  • These tools are always pushed by hand, they are never malleted or struck
