Shipping policy

*Enjoy free delivery within South Africa to your door on most orders over R2,000 ... anywhere ... except informal settlements or Farms ... please call us about those rates and we will quote you.  Only pay R180 for most orders under R2,000.

For orders with certain large items, like anvils, large workbenches, or cabinet tool storage, a shipping fee of R300, R600, R950 or R1500 will be added, even if the total is R2,000 or more. Don't worry—this fee will be clearly displayed at the checkout page where shipping is calculated. These rates are tiered and based on how heavy the item is to ship with a courier.

For exceptionally heavy / bulk orders, or deliveries in remote areas, we may contact you to arrange alternative shipping solutions. In these exceptional cases, where standard courier rates are not viable, we will do our best to quote and arrange the most affordable shipping option for you. 

3-7 business days for deliveries once order dispatched

Please note that we do not deliver to Informal Settlements or Farms and allow a little extra time for deliveries to small rural towns.

In-Store Collection - Please note that we will contact you when your order for in-store collection is ready. Just like all orders, they need to be picked and processed before we can release the goods to you. Please do not send drivers or couriers to collect orders before we have sent you a notification that your order is ready to collect. 

The only place outside of South Africa we deliver to is Namibia and different shipping rates apply: 

*Free delivery within Namibia on most orders over R 3,500 and up. Most orders under R3,500 will be a flat rate of R 350.00 for delivery in Namibia. 

For orders with certain large items, like anvils, large workbenches, or cabinet tool storage, a shipping fee of R350, R650 or R1100 will be added, even if the total is R3,500 or more. Don't worry—this fee will be clearly displayed at the checkout page where shipping is calculated. These rates are tiered and based on how heavy the item is to ship with a courier.

For exceptionally heavy / bulk orders, or deliveries in remote areas, we may contact you to arrange alternative shipping solutions. In these exceptional cases, where standard courier rates are not viable, we will do our best to quote and arrange the most affordable shipping option for you.
