22mm Tungsten Carbide Forstner Drill Bit

The Creative Turning Carbide Forstner Drills have two 2mm thick Tungsten Carbide blades for cutting the bottom of a hole while drilling. On the side is also two Tungsten Carbide cutters for drilling clean holes. The two narrow side cutters are the only areas making contact and this eliminates the friction and heat that is associated with conventional Forstner drills.

The Carbide drill solves the problem of the difficulty of drilling holes for peppermills in the lathe, especially with small lathes. It stays sharper for longer and can also be used to drill holes in hard woods.
