In 1776, when America was still a British Colony and Thomas Chippendale Senior was still accepting commissions for his exquisite furniture, another Yorkshire born Thomas - Thomas Sanderson of Attercliffe near Sheffield, set about making the first ever Pax handsaw.
  • Also sometimes known as a Fret Saw, the Pax Guitar Saw is ideal for cutting the frets on a guitar
  • It has two holes in the blade so that a depth measuring gauge can be mounted (not supplied with the saw)
  • The saw has a brightly polished brass back and a Walnut handle
  • Kerf: 0.022" approx. 16tpi as standard
