Narex | Carving Knife for Spoon Making Shallow Right

This carving knife is made by Narex in the Czech Republic.  It has a manganese steel blade that is hardened to HRc 61 and has a shallow radius hook which makes it idea for carving concave recesses in spoon and bowls. 

• The blade is about 18mm wide and 3mm thick, with only one edge sharpened - this version is right handed, so designed to cut when pulling with the right hand or pushing with the left hand
• The handle is made from stained beech and is about 32mm wide and 115mm long
