Friendly, efficient staff, quick seamless delivery, the parcels are always so neatly packed, thank you for the personal touch, very professional. When a parcel arrives with the following words printed on the side of the parcel: "Your toys have arrived" I develop a childlike excitement knowing exactly where this parcel is from.
