The Jet Tools Gouge Jig is for use with the Jet Tools JSSG10 Wet Sharpening System and is fully adjustable for sharpening many different types of gouges.
The Gouge Jig is particularly good for sharpening specialised woodturning gouges which have long and/or extended levels.
With this Jig, complicated geometry becomes straightforward and more importantly, repeatable time and time again.
New tools can be ground into improved profiles or to the user's preferred shape. Just as important, the Gouge Jig helps ensure a symmetrical grind, preferable to a lop-sided tool any day.
